Selena Gomez: Puppy Is 'Happy, Healthy' After Health Scare - Selena Gomez can rest easy: Her puppy Baylor is back to his usual self. After the pop star posted a message on Twitter last week about her new dog getting sick, there was speculation that the young husky mix had swallowed rocks and had nearly died.

Though it's not clear what happened to make Baylor ill, he is now doing much better.

"Baylor is a happy, healthy pup and is back at home," Gomez's rep tells PEOPLE.

The rep adds that there's no truth to the rumors that staff at the Winnipeg, Canada, shelter where Gomez adopted Baylor would be making monthly visits to check on his condition.
