Larry King wants to be frozen after death - Larry King would like to ‘be frozen’ after he dies. Larry King has big plans for the rest of eternity. During his televised dinner party with Conan O’Brien, Tyra Banks and a few other famous faces Sunday, King was asked by “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane if he is “maybe a little obsessed with [his] own mortality.”

“My biggest fear is death,” King replied, adding that he doesn’t think he’s “going anywhere” after he dies.

“I want to be frozen on the hope that they’ll find whatever I died of and bring me back,” King said.

O’Brien seemed a little shocked by this: “You would like to be frozen?”

“It's the only hedging of a bet,” the 78-year-old TV legend replied.

Baseball player Ted Williams is perhaps the most famous celebrity to undergo cryonics. Contrary to popular legend, Walt Disney was cremated, not frozen.

For anyone out there who shared O’Brien’s surprise about this revelation, King responded on Twitter: “re: living forever, i was surprised that @conanobrien was so shocked by that! i think more people feel that way than admit it!”
