Kris Humphries Files for Annulment, Claims Fraud - This could get ugly. Earlier this week, Kris Humphries vowed to dispute Kim Kardashian Oct. 31 divorce filing -- and he kept his promise. On Thursday, the 26-year-old NBA star filed his response in L.A. Superior Court, seeking an annulment of their 72 day marriage based on "fraud."

The reality starlet, 31, filed for divorce and claimed "irreconcilable differences" as her grounds.

Although property rights and other assets between the former couple are yet to be determined, Humphries asked Kardashian to pay for the legal fees.

The couple wed Aug. 20 in Montecito, Calif. in a $10 million bash taped for a four-hour E! special.
