Katy Perry 'The One That Got Away' Video: Official - Katy Perry usually looks hot and sexy in her sugar-coated music videos, but her latest vid is very different. The songstress is shown as a 75-year-old woman with gray hair and wrinkles in half of the nearly 5-minute "The One That Got Away" video!

Why? Well the video first shows Katy Perry falling in love with a dude (Diego Luna). They're young and in love but as their relationship progresses after getting hitched, they start arguing and split. It gets ugly. Then he gets in a terrible car crash and dies.

He's the "one that got away" and the old version of Ms. Perry remembers her time with him even decades later. It's actually a very emotional video -- and even shows the younger KP crying in a closet with mascara streaked down her face. The final scene shows the gray-haired Perry going to the site of the horrible crash and seeing her first love one last time -- in her imagination. She holds his hand and looks at his longingly, then he disappears. Get out the tissue!
