881 Pound Tuna Taken Away - A Massachusetts fisherman caught an 881 pound tuna. However, the joy and excitement was short lived, the tuna was taken away by officials. Even though boat owner, Carols Rafael had tuna permits, the fish was caught in a net and that makes it illegal.

It is believed that the tuna accidentally got caught up in the net as they were netting bottom feeders. Officials say whether or not the catch as an accident, it is still not legal. Therefore the fish will be sold and the proceeds will go to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration fund. This will be a very big payoff for the organization. A slightly smaller tuna sold not too long ago for $396,000. The tuna is in high demand by those who like Sushi.
